I recently sent flowers to a friend via the web using a florist in Florida where she lives. I chose a picture and sent specific instructions. I cannot tell you how embarrassed and disappointed I was when she sent me a picture of what was delivered to her! YOU, on the otherhand, not only sent a beautiful arrangement that was almost identical to the picture, but you even sent me a picture of it before delivery! I love that!!!! It felt as if I had an option before it was out the door. Thank you for that and for the awesome arrangement!!! It was stunning! :-) The only thing I wished it would have had was the sunflowers, but I understand I gave you short notice and did what you could with what was in stock! And, I thank you for that!
