Tips on preparing for a wedding flower quote
Your florist will generate a quote via email.
1)Fill out the below questionnaire. It contains the many components of a wedding. Please note any extra details, extra attendants, etc. We will go through this checklist again to make sure you have thought of all the details. Please include your overall floral budget. If your budget does not meet $800, please request a la carte wedding flowers. (There is no consultation for a la carte)
2)Color samples. You should have chosen you and your bridesmaid’s dresses before requesting a flower quote. Please submit a link where we can view the color of your dresses. This allows us to see the shade, tint, and tone of the color(s) you are working with.
3)Flowers-It helps to know at least the names of your favorite blooms, or pictures of what you have in mind for your wedding flowers. Please email your inspirations pictures -things that grabbed your attention online.
4)Please narrow down the most important part of your style. Elegant & Romantic, Whimsical, Bold & bountiful? There are many paths’ to travel when selecting a style. We will help you to stay on the path you choose.
5)Feel free to ask questions. Be comforted in knowing that we attend many conventions, shows, seminars, and educational venues. We are licensed florists. We believe that everyone should have a florist that they can call his or her own.
We do not charge to generate a quote. However, you will be charged $45 per hour of consult if an instore appointment is required. Many things can change in between the first and last consultations. It is best to hold all the minor changes until we finalize 30 days prior to your event, when your balance is due.

A floral quote is made up of many, many factors. The time of year, type of flower, how many of that type of flower, and size of the wedding party are just a few of those factors to consider. Our price formula creates a unique floral design using creativity that comes natural to us, re-enforced with our education to implement your vision. We take into serious consideration your wants, but work within your budget. We take pride in our designs and knowledge, and appreciate your trust.
Terms:
A 25% deposit holds your date and is applied to your estimate.
Balance is due in full 30 days prior to event.
All deposits are non-refundable, as we may have turned away other bride’s who shared your date.
Payments may be made via phone with a major credit card or by mail via check or money order.
If the only option is to make a payment instore, please phone first so your florist can pull your paper work.
